Parent Access to Technology Survey

In the event that additional regional or local interventions are imposed, for example a local lockdown, we need to understand students' access to technology (PA, laptop, tablet) and the internet to enable them to engage in remote/online learning.

We recognise the sensitivity of the information we are requesting. Please be assured that a restricted group of staff will have access to the confidential information you supply. This group will comprise the Principal and members of the senior leadership team, pastoral and SEND staff including Learning Managers, the Inclusion Coordinator, SEND Officer and Attendance Manager, and the multi-academy trust’s Executive Team.

It may be necessary for a staff member to contact you to discuss your responses. We will do so using the contact details held on your child’s record. If you have any questions about the survey, please contact the academy.

The survey should be completed for students who have joined the academy in September. If you have more than one child at school, please complete a separate survey for each child. Surveys must be submitted by Sunday 13th September 2020.
